For retail orders we sand them to . 125" leaving a little room for cleanup. The first grade headplates are mostly black and quartersawn. The above peghead belongs to a guitar made by Kathy Wingert. Kathy dropped by our shop recently, bringing her daughter whom she introduced as her new inlay artist.
