Vietnam Beach | Giclée Art Print holiday My husband is faithful andAcrylic on canvas. In my art class, we were assigned to paint a scene from a book, and I chose The Women by Kristin Hannah. Its a story of a nurse in the Vietnam War. My grandpa was an Army Colonel in that war, and so I felt a little connection to him as I read this powerful novel and learned a lot about back then. I love to read and I love to paint. Mixing the two was a blast!
