Tomasello Winery, Pinot Noir CANADA After eight monthsFrom the winery: Pinot Noir is the red grape of France's Burgundy region, responsible for some of the best and most expensive wines in this area. This soft red wine is great with any elegantly prepared meat or poultry dishes as its subtly allows the dish to shine through. Also very nice with soft cheeses. A favorite for those who enjoy a low acid, low tannin profile in a wine.
