St Patricks Distillery has been distilling spirits in Cork since 2014 but as of yet has not released their own whiskey, only gin and vodka. This one is a limited release that got a very high score at various spirits awards including Gold and 98 points at IWSC in London in 2021. So curious to find out if it is good. Official
