How Did I Get Here circle it’s always heavily influenced byThis started with the shape of a figure nearly in silhouette, dressed in black against a prominent background. I combined the figure with an abstract pattern than lent itself to a sense of landscape, through mark and colour. The many soft elements combine with small details, such as the umbrella handle, or the highlights on the shoe, to give a balance to the piece. She walks free, in her thoughts.
