Dimensions: Sight 19 1 2" x 23 1 2"; Frame 23 1 4" x 27 1 4" COMMENTS: Arthur Smith painted for the Federal WPA Program in the 1930s and 1940s and was also an Illustrator for "The Ring" boxing magazine. Smith died in 1972 and his paintings have recently been exhibited in his home town of New York City and throughout the United States.
