2025 Rosé mixed-packs a little known Spanish varietyVineyard The fruit for our Rose came from our Estate Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon blocks. The fruit was grown on 25 28 year old vines, these vines were spur pruned with VSP trellising to ensure good fruit exposure to morning sunlight and airflow. The ros fruit was harvested in the early morning whilst cool, a week before the balance came off for the red wine portion. This ensured great natural acidity and a moderate alcohol level.
