I sense there is a slight lessening of the hype around new Highwayman releases recently as the volume increases so there is less FOMO -  but I feel things are getting more consistent and tastier up in Byron Bay

Considering Compass box states that 50% of the ingredients come from first fill sherry casks it tastes light on the sherry

They have all been marrying for around a month in the Spanish Oloroso cask before bought down to 50% for bottling.
